1. Communication Consent
By accepting our Terms & Conditions, you expressly consent to being contacted at any contact number, email address, or physical address you have provided during registration, or subsequently updated in your account. This consent covers all forms of communication, including but not limited to:

| Statements, regulatory notices, product updates, and promotional communications. | |
| In-App / Web Notifications | Real-time alerts within the BlinkMoney app and website. |
| Voicemail / Answerphone | Messages left on your answering machine or voicemail by our agents or automated systems. |
Automated messages may be played when a call is answered, whether by you or any other person. Where an agent or representative calls, he or she may also leave a message on your answering machine or voicemail, or send a message via SMS or WhatsApp.
2. Accuracy of Contact Information
- You certify, warrant, and represent that all telephone numbers, email addresses, and other contact information you have provided to us are your own and not someone else's.
- You confirm that all such information is true, accurate, current, and complete at the time of providing it.
- You represent that you are permitted to receive calls at each telephone number and emails at each email address you have provided.
- You agree to notify us promptly whenever you stop using a particular telephone number or email address by writing to us at support@blinkmoney.in.
3. NDNC / DND Registry
You agree and confirm that the provisions of the National Do Not Call (NDNC) Registry under the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) shall not be applicable to communications, calls, SMS, push notifications, or WhatsApp messages received from BlinkMoney, its employees, agents, and/or associates, in relation to your account and the services you have availed.
This waiver is specific to service-related and account-related communications and is in accordance with applicable TRAI regulations that permit such communications to existing customers who have consented.
4. Opt-Out of Promotional Communications
If you do not wish to receive promotional messages or marketing communications, you may withdraw your consent for promotional contact at any time by:

Please note that opting out of promotional communications will not affect transactional communications that are necessary for the delivery of our services, such as OTPs, investment confirmations, credit line alerts, repayment reminders, and regulatory notices. These will continue to be sent as they are integral to your account.
5. Purpose of Communications
We may contact you for one or more of the following purposes:
- Transactional: OTPs, investment order confirmations, NAV updates, SIP execution alerts, and credit line disbursals.
- Account Management: KYC status updates, account security alerts, and profile change notifications.
- Regulatory: SEBI/AMFI mandated disclosures, tax statements, and compliance notices.
- Repayment Reminders: Alerts related to your outstanding credit line, upcoming due dates, and interest accrual.
- Promotional: New product features, investment opportunities, offers, and educational content (subject to your opt-out preferences).
- Customer Support: Responses to your queries, complaints, and grievance resolution updates.
6. Governing Law & Amendments
- This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, TRAI regulations, and applicable SEBI/AMFI guidelines.
- We reserve the right to update this policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the BlinkMoney app or via email to your registered address.
- Continued use of the BlinkMoney platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
